Project Manager France

Each employee is a crucial link in our mission towards maximum customer satisfaction. Sometimes, it means hard work, but in return, we offer a pleasant and relaxed working atmosphere where we can share a lot with each other. This is evident during our monthly drinks and many joint walking, cycling, karting, and motorcycle trips.

Your responsibilities

  • In the preparatory phase, you work together with the project preparer and project manager regarding plans and conduct the necessary measurements.
  • During execution, you supervise performance, quality, and planning, closely monitoring the construction sites.
  • You coordinate discussions and construction meetings with the site manager, installation teams, architect, client, subcontractors, and suppliers, continuously tracking progress.
  • You report directly to the company manager.

Why this is right for you

  • La Douce France is your workplace: you speak fluent French and have experience with the French culture.
  • You are seeking variety and can easily transition from overseeing a carwash in progress to managing SME units under construction.
  • You have a keen foresight and anticipate potential hurdles later in the execution process.
  • From directing installation teams to leading construction meetings, you communicate openly, transparently, and clearly with every involved party.
  • You have a comprehensive overview: at every stage, you know who does what on each of your sites.

Your profile

  • You have completed higher education in Civil Engineering or have equivalent experience.
  • You are willing to work in France and stay there during the week.
  • You speak fluent French & Dutch.
  • Organization, structure, common sense, and pragmatism, good follow-up, technical insight, attention to profitability, and people management are the assets that enable you to achieve results.
  • Thanks to your resilience and solution-oriented approach, you remain unfazed by challenges.
  • You have a critical eye for improvement; you believe everything can always be better.
  • You have good knowledge of CAD and MS Office.
  • You are a no-nonsense person, straightforward and direct.
