Experienced Project Manager Industrial Renovation

Your responsibilities

  • In the preparatory phase, you collaborate with the project preparer and project manager regarding plans and perform the necessary measurements.
  • During execution, you oversee performance, quality, and planning and closely monitor the construction sites.
  • You coordinate discussions with the installation teams, the architect, the client, subcontractors, and suppliers, and continuously monitor progress. You are supported by the project manager.
  • You report to the project manager.

Your profile

  • You have received higher education in Construction or have equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in complex industrial renovation or construction projects.
  • You have a thorough understanding of site layout and crane setup.
  • Organization, structure, common sense, and pragmatism, good follow-up, technical insight, profitability focus, and people management are the assets that bring you results.
  • Thanks to your stress resilience and problem-solving skills, you don’t lose your balance.
  • You have a critical eye for improvement; you believe everything can always be better.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office and, if necessary, are willing to learn to work with other construction-related software.
  • You are a no-nonsense person, straightforward.
