Account Manager Wallonië

Your responsibilities

  • You build a solid network with architects and other key players in the real estate development sector.
  • You act as an advisor in the design and execution of the project, taking into account the requirements.
  • In collaboration with the estimator, you translate the client’s idea into a concrete concept.
  • Your activities are mainly focused on the regions of Flemish Brabant, Walloon Brabant, Hainaut, and/or Liège.
  • You report directly to the Commercial Director.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in construction.
  • You have a solid network in the professional construction world.
  • Strengthening and expanding your professional network comes naturally to you.
  • Giving advice and closing deals after negotiations energizes you.
  • You preferably live in Wallonia or have experience negotiating with French-speaking clients.
