LG-Beton is part of the Altez Construction Group and produces prefabricated concrete elements (wall panels, beams, columns, foundation beams, precast slabs…) used in industrial, agricultural, and equestrian construction. With locations in Bree and Oudsbergen, LG-Beton produces for both its own group and third-party clients.

LG-Beton celebrates its 60th anniversary this year and has achieved significant growth in recent years, which will continue steadily in the coming years. We work sustainably, together with good suppliers, repeat customers, and great colleagues. The plans are ambitious.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who can make a significant contribution to further growth.

Your responsibilities

As a working team leader, you are responsible for managing your team of about six workers.

• You schedule the team’s occupancy according to the production plan.
• You hold daily meetings with your fellow team leaders and your concrete workers. You provide work instructions after mutual consultation with the supervisor and site manager.
• You ensure that the necessary raw materials and preparations are available and provide the necessary input to the supervisor.
• You oversee safety, processes, and the correct and timely progress of production orders as the supervisor’s right hand.
• You take decisive action in identified problems and shortcomings. You make clear agreements with your colleagues and ensure that these agreements are followed.
• If necessary, you actively participate in achieving the set production targets.

Your profile

• Being able to work independently and meticulously is a requirement; the quality of your work has a significant impact on the yield and quality of our products.
• Thanks to your proactive attitude, we can deliver top products, so that our customers keep coming back to LG-Beton.
• Knowledge of concrete manufacturing and processing, technical drawings, and relevant processes.
• Experience in managing a small team.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus, as well as being able to communicate with different nationalities.
