LG-Beton is part of the Altez Construction Group and produces prefabricated concrete elements (wall panels, beams, columns, foundation beams, prestressed slabs…) used in industrial, agricultural, and equestrian construction. With locations in Bree and Oudsbergen, LG-Beton produces for both its own group and third-party clients.

LG-Beton celebrates its 60th anniversary this year and has achieved substantial growth in recent years, which will be steadily continued in the coming years. We work sustainably, together with good suppliers, recurring clients, and great colleagues. The plans are ambitious.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who can make a significant contribution to further growth.

Your responsibilities

• Calculating prices and necessary quantities based on customer requests
• Optimizing prices and quantities
• Calculating and proposing the most suitable dimensions of concrete elements to optimize and standardize their production where possible
• Requesting quotes from various suppliers
• Maintaining and updating price lists
• In addition to regular contact with third-party clients, you also have contact with various colleagues and departments of LG-Beton or the group during your tasks:
  • With the manager of LG-Beton (e.g., for approving negotiated discounts on large projects)
  • With the production manager and supervisors of both production sites (e.g., for technical feasibility)
  • With the planner, salespeople, and buyers
  • With the production drafters
  • With the Engineering and Sales departments of the Altez Construction Group

Profile

• You have followed a technical or construction-related education: bachelor’s degree in construction or electromechanics, or you can provide equivalent experience
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position or sector
• You have knowledge of (prefab) concrete production and/or structures
• You can read 2D and 3D plans and have a good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with Tekla is a plus
