Your responsibilities

After an extensive training period, you will be fully capable of independently preparing an accurate and competitive price calculation, following the analysis and interpretation of construction technical details.

You will proactively engage in discussions with the seller and potential client, thoroughly study the plans, specifications, and bills of quantities. You will translate this information into a competitive offer in our own calculation system.

In collaboration with the team, consisting of a seller, project preparer, and project manager, you are an essential link. You maintain close contact with suppliers and subcontractors, request competitive price offers, and follow them closely.

In short, you ensure attractive pricing and offers, thus contributing to the success of our construction project team.

Your profile

Have you completed a degree in construction, preferably as an industrial engineer? Are you not only strong with numbers but also have sharp commercial insight? Then you might be the person we are looking for to strengthen our team.
