Data and IT Analyst

Your Responsibilities

  • Collect, integrate, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and relationships relevant to business objectives.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in an understandable and convincing way.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and answer questions from stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and improve data quality through data cleaning, normalization, and standardization.
  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and software applications.
  • Apply project management skills to manage IT projects, including defining scope, creating project plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for IT systems.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization to understand data needs and develop solutions that add value.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively utilize data analyses and IT systems.

Your Profile

  • You possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • You have experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Power BI, etc.
  • You have a solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and software applications.
  • You have experience working with software packages such as ERP systems, Microsoft 365, etc.
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You are a team player with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • You will work from the office in Oudsbergen.
